You'll find us comfortable and sensible, with several wooded acres to roam or cross country ski and a fortifying breakfast to fuel your day's activities. Our 1845 farmhouse and barn are also home to the Inner Works Healing Arts Center. We are open year round and guests enjoy the full use of the living room, dining room, deck and the woods and lawn.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortably furnished with the private bath just steps away. The maximum number of guests is three.
Our home is a one mile walk from the Rockland harbor and within a few blocks from there you will find the shops, museums, cafes and restaurants that make Rockland a haven for visitors.
Our rates are $100.00 per night + 7% lodging tax for double occupancy during the season. We request a minimum stay of three nights for Festival and Holiday weekends and two nights for all other weekends.
Off season rates are $65.00 per night + tax from October 15 to May 15.
Organic breakfasts are available, just let us know your preference when making your reservation.

If you find you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less a 10% administration fee, as long as you give at least 14 days notice. With less notice, we will refund that amount if we confirm another guest.
